Alanna Teeling

Originally from Ireland, Alanna has successfully obtained a Bachelor (Honours) degree in Podiatric Medicine from the National University of Ireland Galway. Alanna has previously worked within the NSW health system with a lead practitioner role at Mount Isa hospital providing podiatric care for high-risk patients with complex foot pathologies.

Alanna is passionate about providing comprehensive, quality podiatric care to all patients. She is a strong believer in patient education and strives to achieve the best results possible via the highest quality treatments. She has a strong commitment to patient centred care, and believes in a holistic approach to treatment which ensures treatment is patient specific.

Alanna enjoys all aspects of podiatry, including biomechanics, diabetic wound care, conservative treatments and nail surgery. Her extensive skills have been formulated from working in both the private and public sectors within Australia and Ireland. Specifically, her experiences within Mount Isa Hospital means she brings along a wealth of knowledge in ingrown toenail management, nail surgery and wound care.

She is very enthusiastic and excited about being part of the team at The Podiatry Centre and being Irish, she loves a good chat!
